Comments
The motor was installed in my Estes Partizon PSII and ignited normally on the pad. At approximately 1.5 seconds into flight, the ejection charge initiated causing the parachute and nose cone to deploy. As a result, the shock cord tore away at the mounting bulkhead causing the nosecone and parachute to separate. The rocket completed acceleration and then fell back to Earth, impacting vertically at the forward end which resulted in catastrophic damage.
