Rocket lifted off the pad approximately 25 feet before green flame was noticed burning through side of rocket and nosecone ejected. Motor casing shows evidence of failure due to over pressurization) see photo). I verified that the 1/16 O-ring was used to seal the aft nozzle/closure. The forward seal disk and 3/32 O-ring were destroyed during the failure.
