I have pictures, the flame was off center, causing the rocket to be unstable. The rocket has flown on E20-4's before with no problem.
Comments
The rocket went unstable as soon as it left the rail. The other motor in the 2 pack may have had a weak ejection charge. It didn't eject the parachute, but there is a possabilty that the nose cone was too tight.
