Had TWO simultaneous failures as I had 2 E12-4's in a LOC Starburst (2 motor cluster). Both failed the same on ignition. Both motors had the nozzles and other end blown out. Since I had had a failure with an E9 this summer, when I contacted Estes, I asked them about this lot number of E12's, since it was the same. They told me they were OK!!!
