The motor lifted the rocket off the stand and about 10 feet in the air. The nose cone popped off and the rocket crashed to the ground, breaking a fin. On inspection the nozzle was blown out and hot gas & smoke had scorched the inside of the rocket. The cardboard casing was charred on the inside (expected) and some on the outside near one end.
