Launch and flight was nominal until ejection charge was to fire. The motor casing failed and the ejection charge did not fire. The rocket impacted ballistically in the playa nearby and all debris was recoverable. The ejection charge cap was still in the SRM after impact. Unspent ejection charge remained as well.
