Motor completely destroyed my 8" Gizmo XL. Approximately 1 second into the burn it blew the complete aft closure off, aft CR off with the Aeropack, aft retainer was found with the nozzle still in it. Motor was built correctly, grain bonded, and all O-Rings were recovered, as you can see in the pics the grain looks to be riddled with voids?
