description
Near immediate ejection of NC and reload liner was burnt through along entire c grain slot, and entire contents of the booster section of the air frame, including harness, shock cords were completely scorched. Using small camera, MMT was destroyed internally from both ends of motor casing. Was able to determine majority of damage came from the forward end of the motor casing.

Comments
Using slow motion digital camera, estimate motor burned about 80ms before failure. Upon ignition and within a foot of altitude from starting launch position, NC was blown out of airframe. Rocket proceeded to about 200m, and cored into ground. Rocket airframe was hot. Once cooled, removed the motor casing from airframe. noticed both ends of casing was covered in burnt material, up to about 50mm from aft closure , and down from forward closures, maybe 60mm. I still have liner, delay casing & nozzle from motor.
