E12-4 took the Estes Vulcan RTF up about 15 feet and then a loud boom blew a good sized hole in the rocket body just above the top of the engine where the ejection charge blows out. Estes agreed warranty covered this and is replacing both the Vulcan and a new pack of E12-4s. A bit of a mystery to me as I had a perfect flight with this Vulcan and E12-4, same pack on 30 August.
