CTI Pro24 6G 143G150-13A Blue Streak motor. Single, full circumference, very deep wrinkle in the black liner approx 58mm aft of the top of the fwd closure. No other damage and no burn through.

3 days pre-flight I had modified the motor by applying a little epoxy to the fwd closure when refitting it after adjusting the delay. This was done due to previous CATO and burn through experienced in this area on a similar Pro24 6G motor of a similar batch age (see earlier MESS report).
