Single use motor, not LMS type - factory assembled. Motor spit out the first igniter. Failure with the second attempt. Case is cracked lengthwise. Ejection end blown out. Ejection end of the case swelled and a small spiral piece of the end missing. Nosecone and parachute ejected on the pad, rocket never came off the rail.
