Comments
The motor appears to have blown both ends out at the same time shortly after ignition. The rocket left the rail and landed next to the pad. Unfortunately, this launch occurred as the result of the LCO flipping the wrong switch, so I had my camera trained on a different rocket at the time. Thus, I did not actually directly witness the failure.
