Motor in 1/5 scale Arcas rocket. Solar Ignitor; plastic nozzle plug. Ignition was normal. Rocket came off the pad very slowly. Achieved altitude of approximately 20 feet under thrust. No delay. Nose came off. Parachute deployed. Flame briefly visible from nose of the rocket. Smoldering rocket landed 6 feet from pad. Body tube burned through just above motor mount.
