This supersedes the following report since I typed in the wrong motor type. Actual motor was 1/2A3-4T.

At ignition, the nozzle popped out. Motor contents burned with no thrust and the ejection charge vented out the bottom of the casing since the nozzle was gone. Clay ejection charge cap was retained.
