I was flying a 3D printed rocket with two clustered stages--2 motors per stage. The E16-0s in the first stage did great, but when their ignition charges fired, the rocket came apart. One F15-8 remained in the rocket, and the other was ejected out the back. This was a midbody separation recovery design. The upper body has scorch marks on it. I didn't find the F15-8 that was ejected out the back, but the one that remained appears to have blown out its end cap without ejecting the paper disc they have started putting on top of the end caps. There were no ejection charges from either F15-8. The blow-out was so forceful that it ripped one of the nylon parachute shroud lines completely off of the chute and tore another shroud line in half.
