The motor casing seemed to fail after about 3seconds in to the flight. A bright flash (see picture attached). It blew off part of the casing and entire assembly of rear closure, retainer, nozzle and retainer cap. This landed quite close to us. Flight was about 220m vs expected 742m. It was dual deployment flight so charges went off and rocket landed safely.
