The rear closure on my Aerotech 18/20 case was blown off at launch. The failure forced the motor mount into the center of the rocket body tube. I was unable to find the rear closure. The threads on the case appear to be stripped by the force of the failure.
I assembled the reload exactly according to the instructions.
I had previous used one of the same reloads in this package without problem.
I will also report this to Aerotech.
