Igniter inserted easily & all the way. Ignition was prompt, no hesitation. Full 1.2s propellant burn & nominal flight. Ejection charge didn't fire. On inspection after the flight, the ejection plug was still in place; removing the plug I recovered 0.6g black powder. I cut open the motor just aft of the ejection chamber & found the delay grain (with O-ring) still in place and unburned. All the propellant had burned.
