Rocket lifted off the pad and 0.44s later began sputtering, stopped generating thrust, arc'd over and fell back to the ground. Fiberglass booster was destroyed with two holes burned through the exterior. The motor case had a burn through at the forward end near the seal disk/forward closure interface. This was assembled in a 29/240 case with a floating forward closure and seal disk installed. Motor was flown in a Aeropack 29/38 adapter.
