The grain closest to the nozzle/aft closure was not completely burned. The delay grain partially burned, ejection charge was not fired. Motor casing with remains of reload pushed out the front of the motor mount tube but was stopped by the ejection baffle. The rocket flew to 1000-2000 feet. The aft closure and motor retainer were not found. The case was a three grain case with one spacer.
