Upon ignition the motor case shattered, lifting the rocket about 10 feet into the air and deploying the parachute. The pieces of the motor stayed in the rocket. The propellant and delay showed some burning, but most was still in the shattered case. The rocket (a Mad Cow fiberglass ARCAS) was not tam aged
