Instantaneous CATO upon pressing the launch button, starting with propellant out the bottom and delay / ejection out the front of body tube a split second later. Third launch of the afternoon - motor exposed to ambient temp for about 30 minutes. I have video of launch attempt and can provide still shots if desired for analysis.
