Rocket burned/exhausted through the ejection charge 20 feet off the launch pad. Delay charge was not adjusted as we were using electronics. complete destruction of the ejection end of the motor leaving a melted hole. Motor was removed from packaging, visually inspected externally and then screwed into a 3 grain casing with spacer before launch.
