description
We had a failure of 9 Motors on the same day. The problem was the ejection charge. We launched 8 different Rockets; Big Daddy, and every rocket using the same motor date code came down with no ejection. We looked at every used motor and the wading and parachute were intact. There was no indication that the motors had made an ejection. All 8 rockets were damaged.
Comments
The motors burned at manufacture spec, about 1.8 to 2.0 seconds. The motors indicated 4 second delay but known of the motors had an ejection.
