Comments
Occurred before rocket cleared launch rail. Rocket had enough initial momentum to go about 100ft off the ground in very unstable manner. Motor propellant burned through the forward closure and upper motor tube pressurized the body tube causing upper section to deploy. Propellant continued to burn through lower body tube as a visible flame while falling to the ground and burned a few seconds after hitting the ground.
