I have two 24mm reloads. Both were loaded correctly. I am level 3 certified and am very familiar with how to properly assemble reloadable motors. One of the 24mm motor casing I have used with the same exact reload and it has never failed. The second one which was new out of the package was assembled correctly.
Comments
The motor burned for maybe a second and the rocket was off of the pad when it malfunctioned. Luckily when it gave out at the forward end of the closure, the fuel grain quit burning. This saved the rocket from being burnt from the inside out.
