Failure was almost instantaneous. Propellant went up through the rocket and blew out baffle, then unraveled a good chunk of the body above the baffle. Motor was retained (Estes 29mm motor retainer). Very spectacular, but not all that much fun..... Will report to Estes later today or tomorrow.
