Comments
Nearly right after ignition, ejection end blew out of motor and rocket caught on fire. There was enough thrust built up to get the rocket off the rail and about 20 feet away from the pad. I spoke to manufacturer and they said it was probably an o-ring or spacer that was left out during assembly, but I've built many AT motors including a dozen G64s and never left anything out before. This was at a MMMSC club launch.
