description
Ejection charge pressure pulse was far too weak due to apparent slow burn of BP which really carbonized the wadding. Nose cone was popped off but parachute only partially ejected. This was NOT due to too tight 'chute packing or too much wadding. Wadding was easily popped out of the BT-60 just by blowing on the motor end.

Comments
Full motor burn, only ejection charge failed. Two other B6-4s in same lot worked fine in every respect.
