description
Estes Black Star Voyager rocket took off, only making it to an altitude of about 20 feet before the engine failed and the ejection charge was blown. Upon recovering the engine (which was ejected), the casing was slightly crumpled and all the propellant was gone. I have video of the launch/explosion.
