Upon ignition, the ejection charge blew immediately. The propellant did not appear to burn and the rocket never moved. Upon inspection, the entire casing was shattered into many pieces. The propellant grain and delay grain showed no sign of ignition and remained completely intact. The motor was the last of a three-pack purchased roughly seven months prior. The previous two motors performed nominally. I kept the grains and what I could recover of the shattered casing and can make pictures available.
