Nozzle blew out, crack running lengthwise along casing, the epoxy that connects the yellow aft closure to the motor casing was cracked. Parts of the epoxy are clean gone, no residue left.

Blew out on pad. Flew another motor of the same type from a different package bought at the same time, and all good.
