After a nominal ignition and liftoff, an abrupt pop was heard. Launch video shows a puff of black smoke at 2 or 2.5 seconds into flight after which no more exhaust is seen. The casing was recovered with a large hole above where the aft closure threads would normally be, however the threads were totally absent. The nozzle was absent.
