Shortly after airstart ignition (<1 second) the motor was ejected from the outboard pod, bending a steel washer in the process. The motor pinwheeled to the ground, and was clearly seen (and filmed) throwing sparks from both ends on the way down. The motor was recovered, and the forward ejection module (yellow) was missing, leaving a large hole.
