Not entirely sure of the exact failure mode, but the motor only partially ignited, with the rocket flying ~100 ft in the air before lawn darting. 5/7 unburned propellant grains were found in the vicinity, along with pieces of a 6th. The rear thrust ring was broken off of the rocket, but it is unclear if that was from the launch or from the impact.
