Motor burned for roughly 0.5s after ignition before failure, and continued to burn briefly after ejection charge went off. O-rings around delay grain were confirmed in position during post-mortem. Forward closure was undamaged and showed no signs of burn-by at oring between closure and case. Used chinese e-match as an igniter.
