7 C5-3 engines had failures. 3 of them with this date code blew out their nozzles and ejection end. 3 of another date code did the same (separate entry made). This was in a scratch build 7 engine cluster rocket which survived. The 7 kept it's nozzle but did not fire the ejection charge.
