CTI 38mm G69 SK 1-grain motor with two spacers in a P38-3G case. The nozzle end blew out taking the Aeropack retainer with, and post mortem of the motor showed that the rear closure had been blown off. The threaded section of the casing was belled slightly outward. Most pieces of the motor were recovered. The igniter was a CTI igniter. Motor blew halfway through the rocket during the CATO.
