Motor was not recovered so I am not sure if nozzle blew out. Rocket survived so I am sure it did not detonate. So most likely blew the propellant trough the top

Rocket cleared pad and then motor catoed. motor was ejected out of the rocket so hard that it destroyed the blast deflector. The casing was never found.
