dime sized bulge near top of casing. Forward plug burned through where the liner fit on it. No burn through casing.

The motor did not fail, it burned normally and produced thrust throughout the burn. The casing was hard to remove from the MMT, but no other negative effects occurred. The casing was replaced under warranty by Wildman, a CTI dealer.
